WARRANTY CONDITIONS

HOW LONG WILL MY WARRANTY LAST AND WHAT IS COVERED?

All products (Plantation Shutters & Blinds) which are used internally carry:-

OUR WARRANTY

We warrant this product is free from defects within the following Acceptable Standard Guidelines:-

If a defect is visible with the naked eye in natural daylight at a distance of 1.2 meters, it is acceptable;
If a defect is not visible with the naked eye in natural daylight at a distance of 1.2 meters, it is not acceptable;
Color variations may occur between individual orders and sampling.
It is expected natural timber products will come with slight variations to size and finish inherent in the manufacturing process.

WHAT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

All claims under this Warranty must be reported to the place of purchase within seven (7) days of when the defect is first is covered or reasonably could have been discovered. You must provide Local Plantation Shutter with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the product before repairs are started.
Please note that the warranty period shall not be extended by any such repair or replacement.
You must provide proof of purchase to Local Plantation Shutters. its distributor to make any claims under this Warranty.
This Warranty will not apply to any order outside Local Plantation Shutters recommended specifications.
Custom painting of these products in dark color will void the warranty.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Full payment is required on Shutters and Blinds Delivery. Installation will be done after receiving full payment by Local Plantation Shutters Delivery time: Approximately 2 – 3 Weeks for White Colour PVC Shutters and 6 – 8 weeks for other colour plantation shutters. Custom Blinds approximately 2 -4 weeks. Standard stock Blinds 2-3 weeks delivered.

LIMITATION

This Warranty contains the only representations made by Local Plantation Shutters. to its customers. All other Warranties and representations whether expressed or implied by any legislation or otherwise, specifically the Trade Practice Act 1974 and the Sale of Goods Act 1923, are hereby excluded to the extent permitted by law.
